Procedures
Select the dates you are interested in in the ?search engine€ and you will obtain a list of the available apartments for those dates. You can also browse through our complete listing and choose the apartment that better suits your needs and then select the required days .
Once you have checked the availability of the choosen apartment, you will find another screen: €RESERVATION DETAILS€ where the apartment characteristics, dates and amount of money, etc. will be shown.
Following, the reservation process will start.
- 1° - You need to fill in a form with your personal data and click ?next€.
- 2° - Verify that all the details are correct, read and accept our terms and conditions, and click ?proceed to payment€.
- 3° - A window will appear with safe connection to the bank in order to make effective the reservation payment. You have to introduce the credit card details and authenticate with your pin to make the reservation effective.
Once the payment is done your reservation will be confirmed. You will also receive an e-mail with all the details concerning the reservation. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us at the following address: info@desigparis.com
Once you arrive at Paris, please phone the contact person detailed in the confirmation e-mail, at least 30 minutes before your arrive at the apartment in order to better coordinate the check-in.
You will have to pay in cash the rest of the balance as well as the refundable deposit.
Check-ins & Check-outs
Two days before your arrival you must inform the contact persona about your estimated arrival time.
- Check in time is 14:00 until 22:00. Checking in later than 22:00 has an additional cost which is indicated in the apartment's description. If the price is not indicated it will be €30 and you will need to coordinate it with the contact person.
- Check out time is 11:00. Check outs before 7:30 have an additonal cost which is indicated in the apartment's description. If the price is not indicated it will be €30.
