In a prestigious neighborhood, with the deluxe shops of Montaigne Avenue, from Fbg St-Honoré to the small boutiques, the studio is located close to all kinds of stores; some of them open 24/7. Ideal to taste the great French cuisine, restaurants and bakeries, also concert halls (such as Pleyel and Gaveau), as the most emblematic monuments and museums, are a few minutes away.
The studio has 1 cupboard - double bed, sheets, towels, blankets, American kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a coffeepot, the oven microwaves, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, linen and dishes. The bathroom is equipped with a tub, washbasin and hair dryer. For an optimal comfort, it has also TV, DVD, radio CD, Wi-Fi internet connection, table and iron and central electric heating. The studio also has an elevator.
Special conditions
This property requires the payment of the 30% of the outstanding balance, by bank (wire) transfer within 7 days from receiving the booking confirmation. If you cancel 30 days in advance you will be reimbursed 95%(of the 30%) minus the costs of transfer and/or bank fees.
Check ins after 10pm and check outs before 8am have an extra charge of 25€.
