Very nice 65sqm apartment which can accommodate 4 persons. Well decorated in a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks on a green courtyard in the heart of the 17th district, one of the most chic area, between the Monceau park and the Champs Elysées.
Situated on the right bank of the River Seine, this district hosts three very active areas: in the extreme southeastern part of the arrondissement, the popular area around the Place de Clichy is an extension of the Pigalle red-light district and Montmartre; in the southwestern part, the upper-class area around the more Haussmannian avenue des Ternes, where the Marché Poncelet is located, and the Arc de Triomph at the end of the street. In between these two neighborhoods, occupying the majority of the district's area, is the former village of Batignolles. The apartment is close to the famous Park Monceau, very known for its presence in the painting and the stories of the most famous writers.
