The apartment is located at the heart of the Montmartre neighbourhood, just 20 meters from the Sacre Coeur and the Tertre square, truly a picturesque place in the city, where you`ll find several artists, typicall restaurants, on a promontory overlooking all of Paris.
The apartment is comfortable and ready to house up to 4 persons, in one bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed in the living room and an aditional single bed. The living room features table and chairs, a bookcase, Tv, telephone and internet connection. The bathroom is equipped with shower and hairdryer. The small kitchen is equipped with fridge, coffee maker, micro-waves, washing machine, kettle, and cooking utensils. The bedroom has views to the impressive Sacre Coeur and the living room to the city. It's a third floor with lift.

Liability insurance
The tenant will be responsible for ensuring within the framework of civil liability from an insurance company against the risk of theft, fire and water damage, both for its rental risks for furniture leased, and for the use of neighbors, and to justify at all to the owner and, therefore, this one is not responsible for the use that his insurance company might have against the tenant in case of disaster.
Check in after 8pm and check out before 9am have an extra charge of 25€.
