Very nice 29sqm2 studio which can accommodate 2 persons. Ideal for a couple, the apartment is localized at the bottom of the Montmartre’s hill in an enchanter setting. On the 7th floor, it offers a wonderful panorama on the Paris’s roofs. The decoration cones a welcoming atmosphere to the apartment.
Montmartre is an old French village of the Seine district. It became a part of Paris in 1860 with the mainly part of the 18 th district of the area. This area is the most touristic, pintoresque and authentic neighborhood in Paris, famous for its movie features and very representative of the artistic Paris. From here you will be able to access the most relevant points of the zone, such as the Moulin Rouge, the Pigalle neighborhood, or you may also go to the famous Buttes Montmartre, which overlooks all of Paris.
The apartment has a double sofa bed, sheets, blankets, towels, 1 bathroom with shower, heating, TV, DVD, Video, Radio CD, Internet, telephone, kitchen, fridge with freezer, utensils of cooking, kettle, toaster, coffee pot, iron, hair dryer, and a washing machine. The apartment has also a balcony and an elevator.
Special conditions
This property requires the payment of the 30% of the outstanding balance, by bank (wire) transfer within 7 days from receiving the booking confirmation. If you cancel 30 days in advance you will be reimbursed 95%(of the 30%) minus the costs of transfer and/or bank fees.
Check ins after 10pm and check outs before 8am have an extra charge of 25€.
