Very nice 40m2 apartment which can accommodate 4 persons. Well decorated the apartment adopts the characteristic elegance of the refinement of the new Parisians apartments. The apartment is spacious and luminous, with a courtyard, and gives to its guest the calm they are looking for. It is in the 16th district of Paris, 5 minutes walking to the Champs Elysées, close to the Eiffel Tower and the main Parisians museums.
The apartment is ideally located in the limit of the 8th and 16th district, the most elegant neighborhood and certainly one of the most fashionable and expensive ones. Large roads, squares and famous avenues illustrate this wonderful district, such as the Passy street, the Victor Hugo avenue, the Etoile square, the Fosh avenue, among others. Many shops near the flat allow you to do shopping quickly : bakery, minimarket, wine merchant, chocolate maker...
